Before I arrived, I had a phone call regarding some questions and had a lovely conversation with the staff. I was then welcomed in and shown to the desk and then the room. The room was spotless and very comfortable and worth the money. I did not have breakfast or dinner whilst I was there. However, it did look and smell lovely. Overall, I was very happy with the experience provided, and I have already recommended the hotel to others.

Had a lovely couple of nights here. It was surprising to get the Queen Victoria & Albert suite having booked a standard double room and it was superb, with an ante room containing some books and games. There was also a small adjoining patio area exclusive to the room. Our daughters’ room, which was more standard, was also very good. Bathroom was very clean with an easy to use shower. Good choice of breakfast and we also had an evening meal in the restaurant which was thoroughly enjoyable. This hotel far exceeded our expectations.
