Dark, dingy and in need of major repairs; Outside areas not maintained at all. Keys don't work most times. TV hardly works, out most of the time. Internet is in and out. Breakfast non-existent. Definitely would NOT recommend this hotel.

Close to the airport

Hotel was so accommodating to us as we needed an earlier check in. And the bed was quite comfortable. Really appreciated the freer airport shuttle that got us to the airport for 3:30am

The bathrooms need to be updated, there is no water pressure, showers are terrible and bathtubs are very small. We had dinner in the restaurant and i had steak medium rare. They bought the 1st steak oit and it was charcoaled and burnt. The next steak was well done, but i ate part if it so we didnt have to wait again. We also stayed in the summer and were served frozen soggy vegetables, when especially in the summer we should be served fresh veggies!

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. The lighting in the room was not great. Some of the lamps don't work. Light fixture by the door had a burnt bulb, and was very dim! 2 TVs in the room, but cable didn't work. The show would play for 2 seconds, then the screen would turn black with an error message "Stream problem detected" for 5 mins. Very frustrating.

Hotel was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Our room at the end of hall with 3 steps up in hall. Some noises at night from closing doors etc. restaurant food was very good. Overall good. Close to airport. Would stay here again.

We arrived at midnight so didn't check out the facilities much. We did go into the bar/resturant. Staff was very friendly. We had no TV when we got to our room. They fixed it for the night but nothing in the morning. The hotel is getting run down. Bed was comfortable tho.

Disgusting Hotel

The carpets were stained everywhere, lobby floors were insanely dirty, tv service kept pauong every minute or two (throught whole hotel), hotel shower had no pressure and only scaulding water which burned my husband badly. They had to give us a access to another room to have a shower. Next to a swamp that stunk and a giant construction site. The "game room" isnt for kids adults only. Will never stay here again it was disgusting, pay the extra for a more comfortable stay.

Check in was quick and easy. We were grateful for the shuttle service. The staff is very friendly.
Very late supper at the on-site restaurant after our flight. It was after 11 and the staff was extremely good.
