Reception had no record of my reservation.

This place is a dive to be avoided at all costs. They tried to overcharge me, the neighborhood is shady, and the room was abysmal.

Alguns problemas no quarto como por exemplo: estava faltando um dos pés da cama de solteiro, internet muito ruim e a tv tinha que programá-la todo dia pois apagava os canais. Café da manhã muito bom. Boa a limpeza no geral.

Não volto mais! Hotel não tem preparo, não tem garagem no prédio, estacionamento é duas quadras longe, não tem onde estacionar pra descarregar as malas, bem em frente uma rua que nem acostamento tem, é proibido parar na frente, um caos pra conseguir entrar. Chegamos tarde o atendente deu a chave do quarto fomos procurar e era no 2º andar, vários lances de escada com malas e criança de colo, sem ajuda nenhuma, chegando no quarto nos deparamos com um quarto com cheiro forte de mofo e o ar condicionado com problema. Reclamados e nos mudaram de quarto, nessa mudança pedimos toalha por q no quarto tinha apenas uma toalha e éramos em família, foi solicitado ao atendente e o mesmo pediu que pegássemos no almoxarifado que seria no último andar, que procurássemos onde era pra poder pegar as toalhas por q ele não podia deixar a recepção sozinha. Não encontramos esse quartinho que ele disse pra pegar as toalhas, fomos tomar banho e cadê a água quente do chuveiro, pra ajudar o chuveiro queimado, ligamos na recepção novamente e o mesmo informou que não tinha oq fazer. Meu esposo, eu e Meu bebê de 1 ano e minha filha de 5 anos tomamos banho na água gelada. Enfim foi um caos se hospedar nesse hotel! Não recomendo.

Funcionários atenciosos e educados. Cama confortável e lençóis limpos e de boa qualidade. Edredons limpos. A estrutura física deixa a desejar. Os tetos com mofo e cheiro desagradável , chuveiro fraco. Mas o café é muito bom.
