bnbbooking presents this Stunning ground floor family friendly Condo - Ultima is one of 10 units in this high end building. Unique with ocean views from the living and outdoor dining areas. This stylish place with dual Super King bedrooms, Bunk bed for kids & second living /4th bedroom/Media room with a sofa bed and a door. The open fireplace separates these spaces. Large outdoor bbq and dining area which has its own private entrance to the pool and spa. 25 meters to the beach, 2 car garage
As you enter this stunning ground floor apartment you are met with an open plan kitchen and living room. Floor to ceiling glass windows allow for an abundance of light to filter in. You can see the beach from the lounge room, directly across the road. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, 6 seater glass dining table, and the lounge room has a large tv over an open gas fireplace. Behind the main living room you’ll find a second living room which has a sofa bed, a grand piano, the guest laundry and another tv. This room can be closed off by doors however the fire place is open and separates these two living areas. There are 3 bedrooms. The master has a super king bed and an ensuite with shower and bath. Bedroom 2 has a splittable super king bed (which can be made into 2 king singles on advance request). Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top. The main bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet powder room. There is a great separate home office to work from and yes wifi is included. Outside you’ll find a large enclosed yard that wraps around the apartment. Two separate outdoor dining tables, 2 sun lounges and a bbq area. There is direct access to the pool facilities from the back door also and you have access to 2 carpark spaces in the garage.
Guests will have access to the whole unit and the facilities including pool and garage. There are a couple of locked storage cupboards.
- We require all guest to inform us ahead of time for any special request e.g cot, high chair, baby gear etc. These are subject to availability and needs to be requested in advance or you may contact the local baby hire places if items aren't available. No last minute request.
- Pets are only allowed for long term stays

Perfectly located one street back from the beach, in Broadbeach and only 15 min walk to the heart of Surfers Paradise. There are endless possibilities for entertainment. Famous for its world-class nightlife
venues, international events and an abundance of cafes, restaurants bars and shops. It’s also only a 450m walk to the Northcliffe Light Rail station, ready to take you north or south with ease. Head to Main
Beach, Pacific Fair and Star Casino.
You can walk, ride or drive to get around the area. There are 2 carparks included in the reservation, garage height is 2m. These are inside the building garage. There is additional street parking.
Minimum booking age is 25. We do not take group stays.
We require a security bond for your booking which is held externally. As pro hosts with Airbnb, our company (BNB BOOKING) is permitted to do so.
The fire place is an open fire place and requires constant supervision. It is not to be used with children around and is not to be left unattended at any time. This is used at the guests own risk.
Grand piano is not to be used by children or whilst consuming any food or drinks. It is to be played correctly and treated with utmost respect. Do not sit anything on top of it.
The pool facilities lift and garage are all maintained by the body corporate. From time to time they may be unavailable due to maintenance.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorise separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting august 16 2023, A $10 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
