the dryer did not work and the outside drying rack was broken. the phone did not work for reception and on the last night the people staying above us stayed up all night, partying so we had no sleep in preparation of flying home. i could t call reception or anyone to ask the above tenants to keep the noise down.

Great location but room very tired, light switch broken, 1 toilet didn't work, blinds didn't stay up, no batteries in tv remotes, dirty fridge. No block out blinds in kids bedroom. Not worth the money paid, photos aren't accurate to actual room

Great views from the bedrooms and living area. A good sized balcony with outdoor seating, was enjoyable to relax. Loved the layout of the apartment, if it was a group of 3 or 4 the bedrooms arent next to eachother offering privacy and space. Appreciated the tv/entertainment options in the living and master room 🙌 Overall would book this apartment again for the convenience into surfers, transport, dining and the beach front.

Coastal Letting are misleading with photos about the property. We arrived and had to insulate beds and ask for linen on arrival for our kids beds. Linen supplied was not enough and accomodation does not accomodate 5 as they allowed us to book. Pictures show single bees but it was a sofa that we had to make up after asking the after hours service for linen to be dropped off. We’re advised on email of the wrong car park space and were fined. Communication horrible and not able to assist in anyway. Can’t use the pool as they do not supply enough towels even to shower. Room was in poor maintenance and several items did not work. Probably worst accomodation experience I’ve encountered. Advise others to look elsewhere. Would be suitable for 2 people if the letters could manage the property.

The apartment was in an amazing location. 2 minute walk to the centre of surfers and restaurants along the beachfront. The apartment itself was great. A few marks on the walls but overall clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.

Positives: Lovely, spacious and modern apartment with amazing views of the river! Great location, woolies and restaurants just below. Walking distance to the beach. Heated indoor pool, steam room and sauna, game room for kids. Spa bath also a bonus. Lots of plates and utensils in the kitchen. Negative: Have to pick up/drop off keys at another location. It’s ok if you have a car but a hassle if u don't. Centralized aircon has a switch and you can only choose to have it on in either living room or the bedroom but not both. West facing unit with floor to ceiling glass windows got pretty hot in the late afternoon. Pot and pans quite old and scruffed but usable. Overall though, we absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely book again.

Good price & Location a little love required

Great central location decent sized apartments. As apartments are individually owned id imagine the quality varies a bit. Ours was tidy however overall quite run down in need of a little TLC. Good price and includes carpark.

The overall stay was quite disappointing, loud rousy neighbours that partied till 3am most mornings that Mantra did nothing about or even wanted to know about, never did we get clean towels or linen and the only thing it has going for it is the fact you are central to everything you want to do in surfers paradise. I certainly will not be staying here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
