It was in easy walking distance to our venues. Didn’t like the fact you had to pay extra for parking $20 per day, but our car wouldn’t fit under so we had to go to the public car park across the road which was $8.70 from 7am to 7pm. Had to get up before 7am to pay more for next day’s parking, or risk a fine. There appeared to be only one trolley to take all your luggage up to your room or make multiple trips. I would stay again if I had something in Surfers Paradise to attend, the light rail was across the street. Small handy market on the corner & a bottle shop just around the corner. The buffet breakfast was good value

Ideally, it would be good to have an option of what level to stay on - the apartment was 812 and it was so close to the extraction fans from the shops downstairs, i struggled to rest without having to close the doors. Overall, experience was good and the apartment was clean.
