It was a great stay with good customer service. The only thing is that the bathrooms are getting a bit tired and need a bit of a makeover as it was difficult to get out of the shower without the help of my husband and falling over.

Overall, it was a good experience. We love the spa pool and the gym. The resort has a good underground parking space too! However, the sauna was unfortunately out of service when we stayed here :(

Mercure GC resort is usually our first option for accommodation whenever we visit QLD. The breakfast is great, the pools are lovely. However this time, it was not a great stay. It rained while we were there and right outside our room was a broken pipe drain so it sounded

Business workshop

Room was musty smelling, no bathmat, no hand towels. Bar closes at 9.30pm and no other place close by to eat or drink, you need a car or uber to go to Broadbeach. Telephone reception nearly non-existent and hotspottting on your phone for internet also poor
