Definitely would stay here again, 10/10! The property was as described. The kitchenette was perfect for our stay, bed was comfortable and unit was very clean. The reason for the poor communication rating is because we didn't receive an email from VRBO with check-in instructions. When arrived, we luckily were spotted by the neighbor who cleans the property and was able to let us in.

Great except the hot water in the shower

Beautiful, small, and clean, but the hot water kept going just right hot, too hot then cold all within a minute or two. Very frustrating and impossible to rinse hair!

Reunion Time

We needed a place to stay as we were attending the Tahsis Reunion. We found the quaint little Cozy Cottage to be awesome . Our family was in the house so we were all close. Upon check in we found out that we know the owners and that made our stay even better. I will be recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you so much.
