Golden is overpriced for the area. There aren't many restaurants and the hotel is average. The exercise room is lacking equipment. Breakfast had some nasty egg omelets. There was no water service in lobby for refill on cups. The ice machine on our floor was out of service. No snack machines available either. For price, go to another location anf get more for your money.

Beds were comfortable. Amenities like breakfast, and pool were great. Though there is very limited seats for breakfast. Another thing was there was a strand of hair left in the shower when no one has used the shower, so unsure of how clean the bathroom was cleaned before our stay. Overall was great!

We always try to book at IHG hotels because to us you can never go wrong. I love the bfast and view. Bed and room smelled nice and seems clean but the shower curtain smelled like dry sweat or clothes that did not dry properly. It only cleared after I finished my shower. For the price I was expecting more from this location. Front desk was really nice and recognized that we are IHG members and offered late check out and i appreciate it even if we didnt need it
