"Ein Tag vor unser Abreise habe ich der Gastgeber durch den FeWo Platform kontaktiert, da wir keine Details bekommen haben, wie wir in die Wohnung kommen. Eine Dame hat sich gemeldet. Da wir nicht genau (am Abend) sagen konnten wann wir da sind, hat sie uns ein Handynummer gegeben, wo wir uns eine Stunde vorher melden sollen. Ein SMS Sendung an diese Nummer hat unser Anbieter Vodafone wegen Smishing und Phishing aber blockiert. Ans Telefon ging ein Herr, der nichts von die Wohnung wusste. Dank der FeWo Hotline war die Dame endlich erreichbar. Sie kam irgendwann und hat die Zimmer auch fertig gemacht.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und außergewöhnlich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr phantasiereich geschildert. Da wir nach Fön gefragt haben, hat die Dame später tatsächlich ein Fön gebracht, dafür hat die schon vorhandene Shampoos weggenommen.....Ein Bügeleisen haben wir nach Anfrage bekommen. Der Bügelbrett fehlte.Wir waren froh, nach Hause zu gehen. "
