First off, IMMEDIATELY noticed a HUGE stain in the middle of the floor and noticed trash in/under the sofa. THEN!!! They called at 10 at night about a “leak” in the room below sent a maintenance crew but he “forgot” his tools and they told us they are coming up the following morning at EIGHT a.m and shared no compassion or empathy, even after checking out all they could say/offer was a condescending “hmmm”. Even saw room number plaques that had fallen off the walls at room doors. Not to mention, after checking in to get to our room we decided yo use the stairs just to get to the 3rd floor n have workers tell us the floor was under construction so we had NO CLUE and thought they told us the wrong room number so we get back downstairs and have to figure out where our room was, since nobody told us. We’re not asking for compensation rather just a small bit of empathy for the incredible inconvenience. Will not be booking with them again.

What a nice surprise. Suite was large and had every amenity we needed and more for a very competitive price. The bed was a B, but everything else was an A. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'll stay here again.

The place is really nice and the breakfast has several options. The room is huge, and the kitchen has a lot of supplies if you plan to stay several days. We were there for 1 night only. Cons: The carpets need cleaning as they are dusty. My child was sneezing nonstop. There was mold around the pool and some water fountains. That was concerning, especially with kids.

This was a stay over between a trip to Las Vegas and a trip to Sedona. It was to visit a friend in Phoenix. The hotel has formally a Residence Inn so it is very nice and roomy. The suite had a separate bedroom from the living area. Also had a kitchen area. Very nice room for a very reasonable price. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.
