The Goodrich Guesthouse

We have a spacious guesthouse with a large full service kitchen and a large living room and entertaining space. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and six full beds (full over full bunkbeds) each bunk is divided by privacy curtains! Our space is perfect for large gatherings or just a peaceful getaway. · We have a Roku. If you would like to watch live TV, we have Spectrum TV available. You can also broadcast from your phone to the TV through the Roku. Board games will be stored in the entertainment center, feel free to enjoy them. Upon request we may also provide yard games (corn hole & ladderball). We will have a grilling and patio area set up on the east side of the shop.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
If using the AC please shut it off as well as the light before you leave.
Wash your dishes and remove any excess garbage. The trash can is located in the driveway by the fence. Please pick up any toys or games that were used.
Please leave towels hanging to dry so they do not get musty.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have a maximum stay of 14 nights. We hold the right to cancel reservations longer than 14 nights.

Perfect fit for our needs

This property was perfect for our stay. We were there to attend a family wedding. We were able to gather for a family dinner the day before the wedding, allowing family from all over the country to visit in a comfortable, family like setting. We hope to stay there again when we are in the area. Vanessa was a great host.
