Die Lage war toll, aber das Hotelzimmer war viel zu klein. Wir konnten uns kaum umdrehen.

We liked the waffle making / fika facilities and the snake shoe horn. However, no one mentioned the waffle station to us at check in, and we never would have known if we hadn't stumbled across it. The lift was broken throughout the duration of our stay, despite being told it would be fixed the next day at the time of check in (not a major problem for us, but I'm sure it would be for disabled/elderly travellers). Our room was never cleaned, despite being gone all day. They appeared to be cleaning a room down the hall when we returned to our room for a brief rest around 5pm, so they might have gotten around to it eventually, but I've never stayed in a hotel where the room cleaning took until evening! The room itself was incredibly small and depressing, with visible stains on the walls. There wasn't enough floor space for us to both stand up at the same time. Finally, when we attempted to check out, there was no one to be found. There were a few other guests waiting with us, but after scouring the public areas for a member of staff and ringing the bell multiple times, we all gave up after about fifteen minutes, stuck our keys in the container on the desk, and left. We had been hoping to leave our bags at the hotel until our flight that evening, but were forced to pay for a locker at the train station instead.

Excellent staff and very friendly
Staff can't do enough to help, breakfast is good as is the afternoon waffles you can cook yourself. On my last day I had to go to the airport early and staff kindly made me a take-away breakfast to eat on my way to the airport. Really good for the price.
