Nice Stay for Christmas

We had a very pleasant visit. With the queen and single bed in the room it was a tight squeeze. Other than that it was pleasant.

Péssimo.

Terrível, quarto fedendo a bolor, nao tinha controle do split e nem da TV, cama cheia de buracos. O local é horrivel tinha banco na frente da janela do quarto pra pessoas se sentarem, somente 1 funcionário. Abandonei a reserva e fui para outro hotel.

ÓTIMA

A minha estadia foi muito boa. O hotel é lindinho e bastante limpo, apenas um pouco antigo, algumas coisas meio velhas, mas no geral é um bom hotel. O atendimento da recepção é muito bom, acima do padrão. Achei o quarto meio barulhento, porque a janela dava para o corredor onde passavam hóspedes e funcionários, mas no geral é confortável. O café da manhã é bom e a localização é ótima, apesar de não ser no centro de Gramado, fica perto de muitos restaurantes bons como o Carne&Osso, do NBA Park e do Museu de Cera e perto de muitas lojas de chocolate, Florybal, Lugano e a fábrica da Planalto. Também fica perto de Canela, o que facilita os passeios por lá. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Estádia em Gramado

Gostei muito do hotel, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã delicioso. Só achei a cama de casal pequena e o quarto também. Se for só um casal sem criança é perfeito para dormir na cama de casal. Mais conseguimos nos ajeitar e recomendo.

É um hotel bem grande de estrutura, a qual e um pouco antiga mas o pessoal está se esforçando para manter. Fica entre Gramado e Canela, próximo de algumas atrações, mas um pouco distante do centrinho Gramado (a pé não dá). O quarto que fiquei e bem pequeno, mas tudo certo quase nem se usa acomodação em Gramado. Custo benefício está valendo.

Nao caiam no golpe da laghetto

O hotel em si é muito bom por ser um 3 estrelas, porem, tem uma abordagem dentro do hotel de uma pessoa que diz que se ganha brinde por estar na rede laghetto. Induz a uma apresentacao da rede laghetto de 30min, ao assistir ganhamos o brinde, mas é tudo uma farsa, ao chegar ao local para a apresentacao te colocam em uma mesa e comecam a forcar a venda de um imovel, ou melhor uma cota de de imovel. Ao dizer que nao tem interesse, te tratam mal e te dao o brinde com grande desgosto, alem de nao ser 30 minutos, ser 1h30 perdida de um final de semana de passeio em gramado.
