Desrespeito na hora de ir embora

Estava tudo perfeito, até o momento de ir embora, quando o gerente do hotel nos convidou para conhecer o novo empreendimento do hotel que levaria 15 minutinhos e em troca ganharíamos uma pequeno "brinde". Na verdade tratava-se de uma tentativa de venda por impulso absurda e coercitiva. Fomos curtir o fim de semana e de uma hora para outra estávamos em uma sala sendo pressionados a comprar algo. Iniciativa pobre e baixa, que em nada tem a ver com o respeito que o povo de Gramado geralmente tem com seus visitantes.

Gramado é linda mas o Hotel Sky...

WI-Fi fraco no quarto, TV antiga que não era smart e tinha 3 ou 4 canais da região e uma Tela travada na mesma imagem por uma semana. A noite o local de café da manhã se torna um local de fondue e o cheiro fica muito ruim no corredor de acesso aos quartos. As janelas são muito antigas e não fecham e o quarto é muito pequeno não corresponde as fotos divulgadas. Eles dizem quem são hotel das "fotos" e realmente tem a fachada alemã mas só isso, por dentro o prédio parou há 20 anos atrás. Eles tem um estacionamento muito pequeno e você precisa deixar a chave mas recepção pq eles ficam rotacionando os carros entre o mini estacionamento e as calçadas em torno do hotel. O café da manhã razoável tinham opções de frios, sucos e café porém os pães estavam um pouco passados e o pão de queijo estava duro em todos pode dias, como se tivesse sido assado já algumas horas. Definitivamente eu não volto e não recomendo.
