We truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is a stunning replica of the Alhambra Palace, and the rooms were beautiful. I especially loved the luxurious touch of Elie Saab shampoo, shower gel, and lotion — very fancy! The staff were warm and friendly, and the food was excellent. It was my mom’s birthday during our stay, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a box of chocolates left in her room. However, it would have been even more special if there had been a note saying “Happy Birthday,” so she knew it was a gift from the Alhambra Hotel. The location is right next to the Alhambra Palace, but it's a bit away from the downtown area where most of the activity happens. However, Uber is reasonably priced and has been our go-to for getting around. Overall, a lovely experience, and we would gladly return!

The palace hotel is a beautiful hotel but the Alhambra system. The most special thing of our stay is the impeccable attitude and helpfulness of the staff. The staff is professional and wonderful and they raise the bar of expectation at this hotel

The terrace restaurant at the hotel had delicious food! We also had our laundry done by the hotel and it was very quick and tidy (but also VERY expensive). We loved everything about the hotel, but the front desk staff were not very inviting or friendly.

This place is great!

Excellent hotel. Friendly, very helpful staff. Superb room and the location could not be better. Just a short walk from the Alhambra monument, as well as from super restaurants and great things to see and do -- like Flamenco shows in a natural cave. Couldn't ask for more.

Very helpful staff. Hotel is 5 mins walk from Alhambra palace which was a plus and there was a bus right outside that would take us to the central area which was great, Otherwise we would be trekking up hill for at least 20 mins on the return journey which we did on our first day. Yes, the view from the patio restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend the hotel. Great selection of breakfast items.

This is a nice hotel with great views of Granada. It is close to Alhambra but far from everything else. A location in the city is preferable, lack of pool is another weakness in the extreme heat (June).
