The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, but VERY NOISY at night. The floor, ceiling and walls are very thin and I could hear the fellow next door snoring every night as well as people talking. Very annoying!!

Great location for everything we did in Granada. We came to see the Alhambra and fell in love with the city. The staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are small but clean, very eco-friendly. The place is comfortable and seems to have been renovated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again. My only issue is that they don’t have an elevator so if you stay on 2nd or 3rd floor, you will need to drag your heavy luggage with you.

The staff are very helpful and nice. The room was small but very comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities. The location is fantastic, it is walking distance to all the attractions, and there is public transportation to everywhere if need it. I definitely recommend it. The only inconvenience if you need parking it is a little trick, just contact the hotel in advance to get directions.
