Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms, fully stocked with premium toiletries and fluffy towels.

Living Areas: Open-plan living space with stunning mountain views, cozy fireplace, and comfortable seating. Perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or enjoying a movie night with loved ones. There is an additional living area in the basement- perfect for kids or separate families!

Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A breakfast bar and dining area offer ample space for meals and gatherings.

Outdoor Space: Private deck with breathtaking views including outdoor dining and seating areas. Enjoy the amenities that Granby Ranch has to offer including the pool and hot tub for $10/ day.

Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire cabin and its amenities. Ski-in/ski-out access means you’re just steps away from the slopes. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, and the cabin is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Granby Ranch offers a fantastic blend of skiing, snowboarding, and mountain activities. The cabin’s prime location ensures you’re close to the best of the ranch, with easy access to ski lifts, trails, and the scenic mountain landscape. In the Summer, explore nearby hiking trails or enjoy a round of golf in the summer- just blocks away. Nearby towns and attractions include:
Winter Park Resort- 25 Mins

Sorry- no pets allowed!

Streaming services include Disney, Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon.
No loud outdoor noise between 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. daily. Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 p.m.
Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
