The villa is situated in the calm and residential area of Pereybere, just 4-5 mins walk from the beach, and is found in one of the most acquainted streets of Pereybere. English and French language assistance is provided, free of charge.The interior and exterior decor is charming and contemporary. The lounge has a view on the swimming pool. A flat 51 inch TV screen, a DVD player, DSTV satellites channels, and wireless internet connection are available at the guest's leisure. There are 128 satellite channels including more than 5 sports channels with live streaming.The American style kitchen is open on the garden and pool and is equipped with a refrigerator, built in oven, microwave, coffee maker and all related kitchen equipment. The dining table provides six comfortable sittings for guests. The two main bedrooms have a double bed , whilst the other room have two single beds which makes up a double queen bed if adjusted together. High quality spanish cotton bed linen, towels and cloth are provided for guests. All bedrooms are air conditioned. In the main garden there is a pool of 5.5m long, outdoor kiat garden furniture composed of two lying sofa chairs and two sunbeds. An outdoor shower is available to refresh. At the back, there is a BBQ area with a modern WEBER BBQ machine for a great time outside the villa.
