The concierge was extremely friendly and courteous. The facility and rooms were very clean. The place is designed using a log cabin rustic style which made it very comfy and cozy especially the main seating area which has a fireplace. Great place to stay for families as well as business professionals. Highly recommend staying here during your visit to Flagstaff

Really great hotel for a good price!! Breakfast was good and very pretty room to eat during fall/winter It's also pet friendly. Will stay there again!!

The room was awesome! We slept quite comfortably. My wife and I loved the breakfast and the ambiance of the dining area. Who doesn’t love a fireplace burning on a cold morning. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this place. The location is quite convenient for trips to Sedona, Jerome, Prescott, Williams, etc. and you’re right across the street from what I refer to as the “World’s biggest Kohl’s “ Trust me you’ll love this place.

Nice staff - the front desk offered us cookies and drinks upon check-in. Everything is immaculately clean. Warm ambiance in the lobby especially around the fireplace area. I had good deep sleep because of comfortable beds with clean sheets and soft pillows. Overall this hotel absolutely deserves a 5 star rating and worth every penny. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend.

Cozy vibe

Super cute and cozy lobby. The front desk staff was courteous. The room was clean. You could walk to several places to eat. Only stay one night but I would definitely stay again.
