Our first room had an air conditioner that was not working and they were very good to get us another room. Worst part of the stay was the neighbors from hell who decided to party off and on all. The staff contacted them and they'd be good for a short time then start back up. Not the motels fault but an annoyance.

It had bed bugs. Called fromt dest amd all they saod was they would give me anotner room. Why would i stay on a hotel that has bed bugs. Everything was dirty and filthy. Bed sheets had hairs amd looked stained Shower had mold

Not recommending... find somewhere else !

Stayed 8 days and only received 2 towels and had to take dirty towels to front office to get new ones and toilet paper and trash bags as I had to take out my own trash. Pillows were flat offering no support, housekeeping yelled at us for having our window shade open. Bathroom shower was covered with build up that flaked off and fell on us during our showers. Dogs barked all night and staff that lives on site smoked weed and the smoke filtered into our room. Pool was filled with bugs and looked like it had not been cleaned in years.
