The guy that walked in before me with no reservations got a room for $70. But because I made a reservation they couldn’t change my rate or cancel without being charged. So I paid $103. Also tv didn’t work and ac didn’t work, Terrrrriiibbble experience to say the least.

Don't Bother

Desk Clerk was unfriendly. She never made eye contact. Bedspread had two large stains. Hair in the shower. No shampoo. Terrible bed. I can feel every spring in the mattress.

Theresa customer service was amazing. Guy during the day is very rude. Dont recommended. Place was dirty when stayed but theresa tried to make the stay more enjoyable by offering a fan since ac barely worked and just was nice when had issues

Poor AC

The biggest issue I have with this hotel is the air conditioning. Anytime besides the winter it is hotter in the room than outside, but you can't open the windows. That leaves me as a female solo traveler the option of proving the door open (with the security lock in place), or melting in my room. Literally everything else is perfectly fine! It's clean, room service is great, the ice machine is easily accessible and every room I've stayed in here has a mini fridge & microwave.

Good place for an overnight stay with my pet

Staff was helpful, pet friendly, check in and check out were smooth. Only problem was there were 2 ice machines . 1 that was slow but working and another that didn’t work at all and apparently hasn’t been working. Plenty of poop bags and grounds kept fairly clean. Comfortable room for the price.
