Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I did not find the front desk help at time of check in to be very helpful or friendly. I had to wait a good 15 minutes before anyone came to the desk, he finally checked me in, handed me my keys and walked away. Did not tell me anything about the hotel - where is the elevator? - What time so breakfast served?- what is the wifi password. Absolutely nothing.
The elevator smelled horrendous. I only went up one floor and could not wait to get out of it. I used the stairs the rest of my stay.
My room seemed clean enough until I checked my bed. It was very evident that the sheets had not been changed for the last guest. There were make up stains on the sheets and pillow cases as well as some yellow looking stains. I tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room didn’t work. I ended up going into the linen room on my floor and grabbed my own fresh linen and changed my sheets myself.
Needless to say I was not at all happy with my stay and will never return .
