We reserved the room as a good place to stay w/ a family & we were all looking forward to using the hot tub. We had specifically reserved it because it had an indoor hot tub and pool. When we arrived & checked in, there was a note at the desk that the hot tub was out of commission. We were super disappointed. The next day we were told that it has been out of commission for a couple months and that management says they aren't going to bother fixing it until summer, that a sign at check in is enough. That is really frustrating because online it shows as having one & why we chose it. By the time you have your family at check in, it is not refundable AND a pain to repack up the car and find a new place. We were really disappointed with this. The room was also pretty disappointing. It was plenty of space, but had a cable cord draped across the room & just not great quality. The bedding was nice & the lady at check in was nice. The guy in the morning said there just was nothing he could do, that we are not the first people frustrated about this.

The hot tub was out of service which was a main point in me booking this particular hotel. The desk clerk warned that the television remote may not work but yo turn the television on by hand. I was unable to view television at all as the remote, cable box, and television were not set up properly.

First the room was literally an ice box when we checked in around 7 o'clock at night. Who turns the a/c all the way up in the middle of November? Also the doors to the rooms were absolutely disgusting and I don't mean just mine every door in this hotel was disgusting . Also the cable wire that was basically taped to the wall which was just hanging in the door frame like how ghetto is the place??Next the pool, it wasn't the problem it was the broken hot tub that was just left with nasty stagnant water, it literally smelled like mold. After that we found out out our wifi wasn't working. So I got tell the front desk girl, and how convenient she tells me I just need to turn off my wifi and then turn it back on it worked for five seconds then immediately said that there was no Internet connection, when I went back down to ask again she basically just stared at me and said well it's working for everyone else. At that point I was so irritated I just went back to my room and went to bed. Breakfast sucked it was the worst scrambled eggs and some muffins I never once seen sausage, bacon, anything like what's up with that huh????? Either way I will never stay at a la Quinta inn again. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS 10/10 do not recommend!!!!

Clean room. Plenty of clean towels. Convenience location right off the freeway. Breakfast is just adequate. We stopped here for one night after a long drive so it was fine.
