We made reservations because they had a pool. But when we arrived the pool was green and dirty. The room had little black bugs flying around like knats or sand fleas. Ice machine didn't work. Not a good experience.

The bed mattress was very dirty. Lifted up the sheets Had stains all over it. There were no usb charging ports. Homeless people in the parking lot. The lobby smelled when we walked in. I wanted to cancel but the site expedia i went thru would not let me

Clerk at desk for check in was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was not ready at 6am. We needed to leave early so were hoping to grab a bite before we left. This was not a big deal to us as we understand people can get behind.
