Unser schönes Ferienhaus ist bereit und perfekt gelegen, um alles zu erkunden, was das Gebiet von Grand Junction zu bieten hat. Dieser entspannende Raum ist komplett ausgestattet, um in der Stadt Ihre Basis für den Betrieb zu sein. Wir befinden uns in günstiger Lage direkt am Highway I-70, 5 km vom Regionalflughafen GJ und der Colorado Mesa University entfernt. 2. 5 Meilen zum VA Medical Center; 7 Meilen zum Berg. Garfield; 18 Meilen CO National Monument; 36 Meilen zum Powderhorn Resort @ Grand Mesa.

Unser Haus ist vorbereitet und ausgestattet, um bequem vier Personen zu bedienen.

Dies ist unser Zuhause 4 bis 6 Mal im Jahr, wenn wir unser Enkelkind und seine Familie besuchen, die in Grand Junction leben. Wir haben den Raum liebevoll umgestaltet und sind stolz darauf, Ihnen und Ihrer Familie die Unterkünfte so gut wie möglich zugänglich zu machen wir machen.

Das Parken ist für bis zu zwei Autos vorgesehen und die einzigen autorisierten Parkplätze befinden sich parallel zur Eingangstür. Bitte parken Sie nirgendwo anders auf dem Grundstück, da es sich um eine gemeinsame Nutzung handelt.

Die Möbel sind alle neu. Die Einrichtung ist vielseitig-westlich. Die Betten sind herrlich verträumt und bequem. Die Klimaanlage und der Ofen wurden alle aufgefrischt und automatisiert (NEST), um Sie ungeachtet der Außentemperatur gemütlich zu halten.

Sauberkeit ist unser Hauptaugenmerk für Ihre Erfahrung und wir erreichen dies durch den Einsatz eines professionellen Service, der meine Standards teilt.

Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten benötigt wird, und eine stapelbare Waschmaschine / Trockner, wenn Sie vor dem Aufbruch noch etwas zu tun haben.
Dieses Ferienhaus ermöglicht es dir, Cross Orchards Historic Site innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wäscherei verfügbar. Dieses Ferienhaus bietet WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos) und eine Küche.

We were in town for 5 nights for an event at Cameo. This was perfectly located near 70 Business for easy access to the highway or a short hop to the downtown restaurants. The property was clean and check out was easy-peasy. No issues during our stay and would go back again.

Great home base for our stay

We stayed for our daughter’s graduation from college - most relatives were at hotels but it was nice to have a place with a kitchen and a couch to chill together with our kids in between events. It’s a bit in the commercial area, but inside is very quaint and the white noise makers and black out curtains made sleep peaceful and cozy.

The property lived up to its name—Cozy Cottage! The decor was very welcoming, and I had everything I needed. It is right on the street, but there is plenty of parking right in front of the cottage, and it was super easy to get in and out. The hosts reached out multiple times to make sure I was settled in and to see if I needed anything. It was the perfect home base!

Great stay

I came with two kiddos- a teen and 1yo. Very well Organized. Check in and check out was very easy and self. Serve with a key. We had a small little hiccup with the heat in one of the bedrooms and they provided a space heater that same day very quickly! The towels are so soft and fluffy. There IS a pack n play also there to use.

I stayed at this cottage back in November last year and fell in love with it. The space is comfortable, cosy, and offers everything you would need for a stay. Everything is within such easy driving distance too. This will always be my first choice for somewhere to stay in Grand Junction.

Lovely Home

Great place, great owner communication

Great place! It was exactly what I needed and location was perfect. Everything was smooth but I had a personal challenge upon check out and property owner could not reach me. My phone was damaged and I couldn’t check out on time. He was amazing about everything and I never gave him a proper thank you!!! Thank you for everything hopefully I will go back there next year.

Attentive to details!

The cottage was cozy for us and our 2 adult daughters. The sofa bed mattress was the MOST comfortable pull out mattress we have ever seen. We usually don't put too much hope in those and it was amazing! The location was ideal for us to explore Grand Mesa, Palisade, and the Monument. The 4 stars for the neighborhood was walkability & road noise. This would have been a bigger issue possibly at a different time of the year, but because it was 100+ temps each day we tended to stay inside when we returned from our days' activities. :) The price was great and the hosts are thoughtful. I really appreciated the communication and attention to details. (Having some spices in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, and shampoo, etc. in the bathroom makes it convenient for travelers!) Mike checked in throughout the week making sure everything was ok. We are thankful for a good week with our daughters.

Base camp

It was very clean, very easy check in and a great location for the West side of Colorado areas of interest. So if your looking to see Moab, Arches, Canyonlands, Telluride etc this is a good base camo location. As for the the 4 stars neighborhood that was because it can be quite nosey with the vehicles passing by in the main road. After around 10 pm it seems to quite down. I would recommend this this place as a great place to stay. Thank you and for the hospitality.

We visited GJT for our grandsons graduation. We were in and out as family lives in Fruita. We enjoyed our 2 youngest grandchildren hanging out for a overnight. Everything you need. Far better than a hotel. Only suggestion bring your pillows. The main bedroom pillows were not very comfortable. We did find 2 in the 2nd bedroom closet and slept better. Zero complaints. Close to everything as GJT is just down the hyw.

My mother and I very much enjoyed our stay in GJ and in your home!

My mother & I came for a week to be there for my grandson’s, her great grandson’s, first birthday. Your home was conveniently located just a few blocks from my son’s place & not far from restaurants and everything else we needed. We appreciated that your place came with a grill too as we used it a couple of times. We came from ND and loved the western decore of your home! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!
