Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Nice to have a covered parking spot. The Castle is very unique and charming. The room was spacious as advertised. Kitchen facilities were great to have, and the island was very convenient. The furniture was sturdy and comfortable. It was cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. The temperature was easy to control. We loved the access to the balconies and the game rooms.

Just ok

Smelled like someone had been smoking in the bathroom before we arrived. Took two days with bath fans on and windows cracked to get the smell out. Wasn’t the cleanest of properties we’ve been at. Took an hour of work before my spouse was willing to sit down.tub didn’t drain a toilet kept running. Not a great experience!

We stayed one night. Was short lived. Wish the time there could have been at least closer to a ful 24 hour stay but the place had everything we needed. Not sure what the cinema was, but the library was neat. Communication was great as were the instructions. Parking garage is a maze however. Thank you!

Apartment was very clean, good beds, equipped with all needed essentials, even a hair dryer. Convenient parking garage location. If you book here, be aware that you need 2 codes to access the property; one code to enter the building, and a different code to enter on the door lock to the apartment. The Mitten texted me the building code and gave me the apartment door code when I clicked the app to check in.

Wonderful Apartment!

The apartment was spacious, beautiful and comfortable, accommodating our family of four. It had everything we needed including 2 bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds and living spaces, and a washer/dryer. The check-in and check-out process was simple and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful, clean property within the “castle.” Parking was easy and I was given all instructions on check in to the place. The rooms are large and each room has a connecting bathroom. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the family room had 2 couches and a great tv. Beds were very comfortable too. Month at the Castle

We needed a place on short notice for a month while we were waiting for our house to become available. The Castle fit the bill perfectly. The apartment was a bit pricey but the discount for our 30-day stay made it acceptable. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The two bedroom setup worked perfectly for us. Loved having the in-suite laundry as well. The Castle itself was definitely a topic of conversation and offered many unique amenities that would never be available with most apartment buildings. The location is perfect with easy on-and-off US196. Truly our best choice on short notice.

Things I would change

The unit was perfect for our stay. One of the bedrooms has a broken door handle so we were going through the bathroom to enter the room. The furniture in my opinion needs to be updated and replaced. The cushions were very worn and not very comfortable, but besides that it was a good weekend.

Grand Castle, Grand Experience!

My wife wanted to see the lantern exhibit at the John Ball zoo the weekend of Memorial Day, so we chose this location to spend the two nights we were there and we could not be happier. The parking space was immediately next to the entrance to the building, with the elevator that took us to our floor right around the corner. All of the codes that were given to us by the property manager actually worked and we had no trouble getting in either the building or our room. The room was a two bedroom two bath and was spacious enough for my wife and I to relax comfortably even with our two boys. The kitchen was more than adequate with updated appliances to meet our food preparation needs. The beds, carpets and furniture were all clean and new. The pool that the property offered in the listing was actually open this weekend, the water was warm, and our kids enjoyed several hours of swimming each day. As one who enjoys exercising and weight lifting, the weight room facilities were beyond acceptable for hotel accommodations and I was only sad that I didn't have the opportunity to use it. The location was beyond exceptional, offering groceries and restaurants within minutes, and quick access to the highways that took us directly downtown and to the museums and zoo that we wanted to see. Overall, we absolutely give this listing a five out of five and absolutely looks like the castle it is when you're driving past on the highway!

My husband wanted to stay here because it's a cool castle. The surrounding area was pretty boring, not much to do. The apartment was clean and comfortable but only one tv and it was located in the main livingroom. It did not work well in the bedroom even though we moved the internet box with it. It's exactly what it is described as, however.
