I will highly recommend this place to other people

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and the free breakfast was excellent. I will choose this lhotel line again.

Beware of Bugs and Bed bugs!!!

I was given a room half a block from the main entrance, I was resting and noticed a black round bug walking on the sheets. I stared at it to make sure that it was crawling after noticing it moving I picked it up with a tissue and placed it inside a plastic small bag. The manger made it seem like I was lying, he looked at it and said “this is not a bug” that made me even angrier!!!!! He gave me another room. The next morning getting ready to check out, I sat on the foot of the bed and saw another died bug next to me on the bedspread. I placed it inside a plastic cup and the clerk said that “it’s normal, we have bug coming from the air conditioner vents all the time”. If this is common a net or something should be placed so that these bugs don’t come into the guest bedrooms. This place is poorly maintained and managed, I will never recommend them nor Hotels.com for using such horrible hotels!!!!!

Very warm in the lobby and halls but AC in the room worked great. Steakhouse next door gave a 15 percent discount since we were staying at the hotel. Backdoor at the stairs was very noisy when it closed and people went out it a lot late at night.

The stay was okay. The staff was friendly. The pool area looked nice but we didnt get to use it. The hotel is definitely older and needs some clean up. The elevator felt like it was going to fall apart. Our room had a dirty washcloth left in it. Over all it was okay for the price.

Nice hotel on the east side of Grand Rapids Pros Near the highway with easy on and off Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping Room was clean and ready Pool was open and ready for use Breakfast was hot and had the usual options Check in and out were easily done online, so no issues getting in and out Cons It's a little dated, but not terrible Electrical outlets need replacing.....it was a pain to find one that would hold my charging cables I had a 2 night stay, and would have liked some clean towels for the 2nd day..I could have called down and they probably would have brought some Fitness center..... don't bother....it was 100° in there and the equipment was old and didn't work right Overall....if you need a nice place to sleep, that not in the downtown area, but close to places to eat and shop.... here it is For the price you pay , it's a pretty good deal and would definitely stay there again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
