Very nice, clean and friendly, my only issue was the bed is firm and I am not a firm mattress fan. Love the modern room with a great view. A little loud from the street activity but I new that was going to be a concern.

Great hotel, but encountered some issues. Front desk staff is excellent and friendly. Room was good for my family of 4, except for the part of shampoo and shower gel being completely empty. It was discovered after already being in the shower. I normally leave a tip for housekeeping, but I didn’t feel it was justified in this particular case. It was shocking, after paying $400 for just one night in December, we couldn’t even take a proper shower. Another issue we had was, I booked a room with breakfast included, according to Expedia, but turns out it was only a $30 food credit toward breakfast. Each entry is about $15, and for our family of 4, needless to say, it didn’t cover our breakfast. If I would have known that, I would have not paid extra for breakfast. There are plenty of good places to get food around. Overall I’d say I’m disappointed.
