Lovely hotel!!

This was a surprisingly good stay. The hotel was wonderful. The staff was wonderful and the room was perfect. In fact, I really love the shampoo conditioner and shower gel amenities. They were really good and smelled fantastic.

It’s an à la cart hotel You can take the shuttle though No food unless you pay airport prices and the Starbucks definitely isn’t Starbucks Don’t waste your money

Older property, but still nice. Property seems clean despite areas of disrepair. There is a smell of stale cigarette smoke in multiple areas. Rude staff at check in. It was late and it felt like I was intruding on them. I was at first ignored. It was a confusing check in experience. I stood silently and waited to be addressed so I could give my information. Two people at desk ignored me. I think maybe they each thought the other should help me. Very awkward.

Planned a two-day visit pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and adjoining suite, but right off the bat we noticed almost every surface had something on it so I had to go to the store and buy cleaner to wipe off all the surfaces even the window had something smeared on it it looked like food. To make matters even worse on the last day we had to check out early because we found a bed bug.

1, This is a 12-15 minute ride from the airport. 2. The shuttle service did not operate on Sunday morning. I was told to call Uber. 3. Several problems: tv needing a service man to repair; towel rack without an end piece; lock in room not working as batteries were not in; phone in room not working.

Another family had a giant party going on with many rambunctious kids. It made it impossible for us to utilize the pool. Staff was aware and did nothing. Particularly concerning because the kids were engaged in dangerous behavior like running and climbing on the slide that was blocked off as broken. TV didn’t work and we had to have staff come fix it.

Wonderful airport hotel in Grand Rapids

This place is a really good option if you’re staying in Grand Rapids. The area around this place has a ton of good restaurants and shopping. The room was clean. The check-in was fast and the staff were very helpful.
