Great stay at a unique place

I thought the hotel had a very open and airy feel to it. The room was very nice with very nice bedding and carpet. I thought the nice touches were the lighted mirror (I've never seen that before), the coffee maker with single trays of coffee grounds, the cool ice maker and filtered water in the hallways, two waters. I liked the workout room and would have done the free weights but there were only a few lighter weights to choose from as the rest were very heavy for me. It was a very clean hotel! I did crave some coffee but there were no carafes out and the coffee shop was not open.

Convenient spot downtown. Staff were curt and uncaring like robots, no smiles. Pool was a green colour- no working slide or hot tub. Starbucks espresso machine down, no bacon, limited food and coffee choices. Room was very quiet. In shower the Conditioner bottle was empty. Housekeing staff was very friendly.

I love this hotel. We go here all the time. Staff is nice and accommodating. Our only issue was the sheets were coming off the bed and the bathtub was very, very dirty.

There was a miscommunication with my reservation and most of my things were taken out of my room. Things were fixed quickly when they realized my stay was extended 3 more nights and I was able to get the same room. Housekeeping didn’t notice most of my things were left in the closet after they cleaned it. I'm happy no one else was given that room. The pool area could use some fixing, besides that everything else has been good and the staff are great. It's been a quiet and comfortable stay.
