The property was clean and in a good location. The only issue was that the third bedroom doesn't have a window or any type of vent, so you need to keep the door open for heating and cooling. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
Great place - easy to find, covered parking, roomy enough for 5 and then hosting dinner for 7 more, borrowed dishwasher detergent as we ran out, but everything else all good. Bring spices, but s&p provided. Warm blanket in the coat closet was helpful.
Apartment was nice, and clean. The beds however were not great. Felt like sleeping on a rock. Loved the layout. And kiddos loved the bunk beds. Parking was good as was location. Management communication also was good.
The kids loved staying in a castle! The pool was great. Parking was easy. Nice property for a walk. We grilled by the lake and used the shelter. Very hard to get in and out of parking lot on to main road. Two accidents while we were there. The hallways had an unpleasant odor in them, but the apartment itself was great.
I was there on a "girls getaway" and the apartment was absolutely perfect! It was so easy to access, the management team was great at communicating everything to us! The apartment was clean and well stocked with anything we might have needed. I would highly recommend the Grand Castle!
Check in was ok until I have 6 people, carrying heavy things, waiting for me to punch in a code to get the door open. It didnât work. Texting with support said that they were exchanging access devices and code didnât work with current device. Then I need a different code for the room door and a different code to get into pool. I had to ask about how to get into pool and find the library and game room too. Plus the code to get in from garage only worked for certain doors. It was a pain! Please provide us with all the instructions and amenities at the start. We didnât even know that we had to lock room door and only found that out by accident.
Very clean and a good size for 6 people. The beds were comfortable, except for the pullout sofa bed. The rooms need a desk/dresser to put your items on and there should also be a chair in each room.
I was looking for something for 5-6 people so was very limited in choices. I found this and chose the three bedroom over the two bedroom which we were glad we did. They use a third party for check in and communications after booking and there is no other choice. I did not want to agree to their marketing of my information âagreementâ but it was the only way to get to the check in information. The place was very clean, plenty of towels, reliable wi-fi, nice kitchen. The master bedroom had a kind of hammering or knocking noise all night which kept waking us up - maybe some mechanical system? It was hard to tell. The two smaller bedrooms were very warm even though the master bedroom was very cool. One of the bedrooms did not have venting. So the doors to both of those bedrooms had to be left open. Having two bathrooms was great. It worked for our short stay but I think I would not like that particular unit for an extended stay.
We absolutely loved staying here. The Apartment was clean and had plenty of room for myself, my wife, and my 4 daughters. It was centralized in a great location, and had easy access to the highway. My daughters actually felt like we were living in a princess castle. Dad got brownie points on this stay.

Being a business owner, I would never want to leave anyone a bad review. I did have some concerns and I hope you can clear some things up. Upon arrival the door did not open. I e-mailed you. No immediate response. I called and an afterhours service/security didn't have a clue how to assist. Instead, they said I did not fully complete the onboarding. I said, if I did not complete the onboarding process then why am I able to get in the room??? I waisted so much time when I had other things to do trying to get an answer. Once I finally connected with you, you mentioned I could use any door with that code. Had the afterhours/security people stated that, it could have saved so much time.
I was not impressed with being asked "why" I was staying hours before check in. This should have been resolved prior to my stay, not the day of.
I am not sure whom I am speaking to now but I would like to know if you are part of a corporation or an individual that owns this unit? I would also like to know why there is such a significant delay in responses? My last text was not even responded to.
After all of this, I never got a "how can we make this experience better" nothing! I am not one to try to get anything free. I paid for additional time to check out when as a courtesy that could have been waived.
The place was beautiful, the app is nice but communication definitely has an opportunity!

The property was as listed & comfortable. We spent the weekend to attend a housewarming party in Byron Center & the location worked well with plenty of room.
Property is run by a property management group, so communication was very timely and professional. They were wonderful to work with. The property was as advertised and clean upon arrival. Was a perfect solution for five of us to stay in and not be in multiple hotel rooms. Would highly recommend this spot and host
Unfortunately we had very little time to spend enjoying all the amenities the Grand Castle had to offer. The condo unit was spotless and the beds super comfy. We would definitely stay here again.
