Excellent stay here! Our room was perfect, as we reserved, and it was clean and comfortable. We really didn’t have any noise issues (other than a couple people down about 2 rooms, who were having a rather loud argument with their door wide open - ugh). Still, we would definitely stay here again! And, they welcomed our pet which is an added bonus. Thank you so much!

The room was setup very nice. Refrigerator and microwave in room, continental breakfast offered in the morning. The only negative thing I can say was there were 5 different spider nests around ceiling that we had to let front desk know about. They did not take care of issue while we were there.

This hotel was atrocious. Where do I even begin? Thankfully, this was not supposed to be a “fun” stay. We were displaced from our home due to flooding and this was an emergency stay until we got into an Airbnb. The toilet was clogged as soon as we entered the room. We called staff, they brought us a trash bag covered toilet plunger to de-clog the toilet ourselves. The one we did NOT clog. Not only that, but it easily clogged the rest of the trip, and we had to call for the plunger two other times in two days. WiFi is not free. You have to be a member to have access to the WiFi. The breakfast was a sad excuse. There was never any bacon or sausage or non-dairy options for protein. No fruit. Just yogurt, stale bagels and oatmeal were the only options on weekdays. They added waffles on Saturday, but there was a long line and I have four kids. Our door to our room would not close from the outside when we left the room. The dead bolt lock kept getting stuck every single time we went to leave we had to mess with it for 5 minutes to get it to close. The pool was really cold, and much smaller than advertised. It barely had enough room for our family to play in it. Thankfully, no one else came in when we did or we’d be sardines.

Ok, clean property, friendly staff

The property was nice, ok, for a one night stay for a concert we attended. free parking, the property itself was clean and welcoming. The breakfast left to be desired. Just small biscuits and oatmeal and cereal. Not a big deal for me, as it's not big on my list for staying at a property.'s about a 5-10 min drive to downtown Grand Rapids. Since we were attending a concert and drinks after, I opted for a Lyft for my travels which again, wasn't to bad.
