The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property its self was beautiful. A little misleading though, as is it not right on the beach (as advertised on Expedia), but still a super cool location. Also, they do not have a pool, as advertised on Expedia as well. The reason, and this is the only reason (well two reasons), I gave this hotel 4/5 stars overall was because I booked a two bedroom suite with living room through Expedia and we recieved a king sized regular room with a door that opened up to a closet sized room with bunk beds. Definitely not what we paid for at all. So again misleading. We were staying for my birthday, so we decided to splurge, and did not get a suite with a living room as we thought. Also, we were on the first floor and could hear absolutely everything above us. So definitely ask for a room on the top floor if you like peace and quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Blackbush resort. The staff were so friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. We felt so well taken care of. The food was also delicious at Fin - highly recommend their lobster roll, and poutine! We also travelled with our small dog George, and he was as so welcomed, everywhere. It is such a special place, and we will be back!

BEST BEACH RESORT!

This was THE MOST INCREDIBLE resort! Every single person working there was so kind, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely go back, in fact, it was very hard to leave. We had an awesome time, and our dog Kolby, also had the best dog vacation ever! Accommodations are a 10 out 10. The staff are a 10 out 10! Kudos to all. Can’t thank you enough.

The new location was fantastic, with a beautiful beach right behind the property. I also appreciated the free electric charger for convenience. The beds were great, and the two-bedroom setup was a nice touch. The free breakfast was solid, though adding more protein options would be a welcome improvement. The staff was amazing, friendly and welcoming. Overall, an incredible property to explore and walk around

The outdoor Oasis (hot tub, sauna & spa pool) is by reservation only, which we were not informed about upon arrival. When we arrived we were told it was all booked up which was upsetting since it was the main reason we chose to stay at this resort. Luckily we were able to enjoy the outdoor amenities since someone cancelled their reservation and we were given the open time slot. Just take note of this - and if you plan on staying at this resort book the outdoor Oasis ahead of time! The beach is beautiful - I highly recommend renting the bicycles they offer and biking on the beach trail.

Nous avons loué une villa offrant 2 chambres à coucher. Ces villas ont une vue sur les dunes spectaculaire mais ne sont pas des bords de mer comme il y a un chemin entre les villas et l'ocean menant à des restaurants populaires. Les villas sont neuve, la litterie de qualité et confortable sauf la dimension des oreillers qui sont tous extra ferme et volumineuse. Il y a des jetés en laine fabriqués sur l'Ile et des produits d'hygiène vraiment très bien. Nous aurions aimé qu'ils soient en vente sur place à l'hôtel comme dans la majorité des resorts de luxe. L'équipement des villas est absolument très au dessus de la moyenne mais il n'en est pas question dans leurs présentation ce qui est surprenant. Tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin est présent et plus encore. Il y a un lave vaiselle, laveuse, sécheuse, cuisinière, micro onde, four et tout les articles nous permetant de les utiliser. Il y a une galerie avec chaise Adirondac. La galerie est dangeureuse pour les jeunes enfants si vous avez une unité au second étage. Exigé un rez de chaussez. Les équipements relatifs au Spa ne sont pas de grande qualité. IL es peut-être préférable de louer ailleurs si c'est la raison des vacances. IL est possible d'accéder aux dunes et à la mer et de faire une grande ballade avec pitous en se rendant au bord de la mer en traversant les dunes. Autre point que nous n'avons pas aimé se sont les lumières extérieurs ouverte la nuit empechant de profiter de la noirceur salvatrice.
