The hot tub was closed which would have been good to know at booking. The location of the room was by an entrance that the employees used as a smoke break location and the smoke flooded our rooms. Overall not great

Wasn't able to check in at 3. Had to sit in our car for 40 minutes until they got the room clean. Hot tub wasn't working which is the reason to booked there in the first place. The lady working the breakfast was VERY rude.
