Was locked out of our room multiple times..once because they didn’t give us the second card type needed for the pool side room (they blamed maintenance for not telling them the lock wasn’t changed…you are one team, office should know the status of any room before renting it out) and second is because they only checked us in for one day even though we paid for two. Grounds are dirty, pool and hot tub are down indefinitely, pillows are terrible. Stay somewhere else.

The staff that we encountered were friendly. The state of the hotel was not so good. I am disappointed that this was even on your site. The bed looked like someone had been laying in it. The stairwells were dirty. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. We booked this hotel mainly because of the pool, which was closed and so was the hot tub. The outside of the hotel was bad also, overgrown weeds, and overflowing garbage. There should be some way to let you know when you book that something like the pool is not available. We have used this app to book many hotels, this is the first time we have been disappointed like this.

Hotel grounds look terrible. Carpet on Stairway steps is loose and is a trip hazard. Would not stay here again. Trash and cigarette butts around the parkig lot. Needs a lot of improvement.

Friendly and knowledgeable young woman at the front desk. Room was huge disappointment. Hallways seemed old and worn and dirty to rooms. Bedspreads were stained. Bathtub had several repair patches on it with white paint! We were a family of four and they had 2 bath towels for us. I had made reservations well ahead of time, and we checked in very late at night. Too tired to go complain or go elsewhere. The pool area is beautiful! That's a plus. Breakfast was average. The girls went down earlier and came back and said everything was gone except a little bit of awful "fake" scrambled eggs and awful sausages that they wouldn't touch. My husband and older daughter hated the weak coffee but I drank it. I insisted we all go back to breakfast and I'm glad we did. It was restocked and they had waffles that they made themselves, yogurt, and I had a bagel with cream cheese and some of those eggs! And the seasoned potatoes were very good. Avoided the sausages lol. All in all, they need to just give you enough towels and update the neglected rooms and hallways so you don't feel like you have just checked into the Bates Motel.

Once we checked in and got our room, we opened the door and there were still bags of garbage sitting on one bed and the other bed was not made/cleaned. When I went to the front desk, the one girl had an attitude and when she told me there were no other pool side rooms, which we specifically chose , told me that she could cancel our reservation and we go else were. They then told us the have another room a few doors down from our orginal. The key card for the door for the pool side did not work. We had to walk around to get in and out of our room. Went to make coffee and there was still a cartridge from whoever was in there last in the coffee maker. Disgusting. The pool was ice cold and we went to relax and then we find out there is no hot tub, they filled it in with concrete. Bar staff was awesome though.

The hallways around the property were incredibly dirty. Two of our towels had stains on them. Plus a room didn't really have a window it overlooked the indoor pool which was incredibly weird to me.

Not only was the room dirty the first one that we got in the second one was cleaner, but you could tell that I did not been properly cleaned. Also, the Jacuzzi’s that were advertised were not present at the hotel.

Unfortunately this hotel is extremely dirty. My shower came with someone elses soap and leaking conditioner. Lets not forget the lack of linens, dirty carpets, dirty walls, and ceiling tiles on the carpet. The black mold in the bathroom AND above the bed was absolutely unsafe and unhealthy. Thank goodness there wasn't a fire! The fire alarm seemed to be replaced by a rusty hole on my room ceiling. Never again.

The place was under construction which wasn't too bad the problem was that it was very dirty . The carpets were not vacuumed innidk how long the beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets all wrinkled and one was dirty. The sheer curtains had holes in them. There was a hole in the ceiling. The staff was very nice and polite, the breakfast was very good.
