2.5 star place so, I can’t give it above good rating. Stayed 3 nights. Our second floor room had an old smell to it but could live with it. A really nice laundry room on second floor with one washer and dryer. I used it two times. Big indoor pool looks nice but we did not use. Staff is friendly and attentive

We stayed for 6 days to help settle a family members estate. Every single employee went above and beyond. My sister's a little difficult at times and they had no problems with her. I would highly recommend if you need to stay in West Branch do it here.

We stayed in a King business suite and it was great, spacious and clean. There was a nice recliner chair in the room which was comfy. If you have someone who has mobility issues this chair would be comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked very nice. Breakfast was standard assortment.

Staff was super personable and helpful! Bed was ok, room had some fuzzies all over the sheets making me think it was bed bugs until I checked, it was not bugs. Maybe need new bedspreads.
