The staff at Heritage Inn are so nice! The hotel is great for families! We were here with my sons team and the kids had a blast. The pool was great. Not too deep for the younger ones, lots of areas to sit around the pool and keep an eye on the younger kids. The breakfast each morning was perfect to get us going. Ample parking, easy to get to, great location for shopping and getting to the rink. I am looking forward to going back!

Front desk people absolutely no personality and we could only get one key. Stayed three nights asked for maid service in the second night and we were fine Al day til after 6:00 pm and still nobody came to our room and front desk did not relay to maid service that our room needed service. An abundance of kids and they were rowdy way after 11:00 pm and front desk did nothing. Restaurant bartender absolutely grossed us out by his lack of hygiene and cleanliness.

It was quite run down, pool and hot tub were closed staff weren’t very welcoming or friendly key card kept not working always had to get it reset after long days having to do this was a pain. No explanation of extra charges being daily for the incidentals just noticed random charges on my card I did get them back but would of been nice to be advised this when checking in I’m not sure I would stay here again or recommend
