Great stay at Great Falls

I’d call this a boutique hotel. It is not part of a big chain. It’s a quiet location. Didn’t seem super busy even though the parking lot was full. Beautiful breakfast area. Super clean and well down with all of the food. Hit food was very hot. Lots to choose from. The staff are very kind, knowledgeable and personable.

Everything about the stay was very good. The hotel was clean and the service was great until I decided to check out early and was told I would receive a refund. I have since received a call from the hotel saying Expedia was refusing to issue my refund. I contacted Expedia who is saying the hotel is refusing to issue the refund. I'm still waiting for it to be resolved.

Overall nice facility. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Disappointed with breakfast menu, although, there was adequate food, just not much selection. No real breakfast protein. ie no bacon, sausage, only pastey gravy and cold biscuit

Located in the center of all things in Great Falls. I look for availability at Great Falls Inn before I look at any other lodging in GF. The folks are nice and helpful and we've always found the place clean and neat and has good parking.
