Almost perfect

Nearly everything about our stay was excellent. Nice facility, spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean and well apportioned. However, we arrived at 4:10 PM knowing check-in was as 4:00 PM. The clerk who checked us in informed us that our room was not ready and that we needed to wait about 5 minutes in the lobby. He assured us he would text me to return to the front desk to receive our room keys. At 4:30 PM after sitting in the lobby for over 15 minutes, we had not received a text, so my wife returned to the desk, spoke with a different clerk and received our room keys.

I've stayed here a couple times. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They've got a little coffee shop inside the hotel that's open during the day, with snack options that can be purcased 24/7 either at the coffee shop or at the front desk. They also have a restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel is beautiful inside! They have tons of rooms, cool glass elevators to look down at the lobby, etc. They've also got a pool. Their parking is gated and safe (and free if you sign up as a member - which is free to do at check in). It's at a convenient location, and just a really nice hotel.

Rooms should definitely have blow dryers. Rather they've been placed with large mirrors sitting on the counter and full lotion bottles. Curtains were torn in the bedroom area. No pop machines and very limited things in their market. Spent $16 on a couple of items in the market for very little.. no staff on hand twice in the morning when looking for lattes.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Overall great stay. The only major complaint I have is that with the number of people in our room, my husband and I had to sleep on the sofa pullout bed and that was probably one of the worse nights sleep I had. The mattress is extremely flat and worn down and should definitely be replaced. Other than that, we would definitely come back.

Our stay was wonderful and the staff were courteous and helpful, however we’ve been home for over a week and still have not gotten my $100 damage/security deposit back. And there was no vending machine on any of the floors, only the little cafe in the lobby.
