Princess Senses The Mangrove Resort - Adults Only offers 415 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features minibars and laptop-compatible safes. This accommodation offers separate sitting areas. 55-inch Smart televisions come with premium cable channels.

The resort was absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and well thought out. I really appreciated the variety of food options. They had Jamaican, American, Italian… you name it, they had it! As a true foodie, I hate when I travel to Jamaica and can’t find authentic Jamaican food, but this resort did not disappoint. You’ll definitely get a taste of the island here. My only complaint was the basmati rice personally, I don’t think it’s a universal rice. It has an odor similar to jasmine rice, and it just wasn’t enjoyable to me. Aside from that small detail, everything else was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, the rooms were spectacular, and the air conditioning was set at the perfect temperature the entire stay, I never even had to touch the thermostat! My only suggestion would be to have more workers available for the cart service, just to make getting around a bit faster. We stayed on the adults only side, which was calm, quiet, and very romantic perfect for couples, honeymooners, or anyone looking to relax. We also ventured over to the main side for the foam party, and it was such a fun time! Overall, this resort gave the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment. I’d definitely come back again.

The property is huge and I love all of the dining options that the property has. The junior pleasure swim out suite at the O club at Princess Senses was nice, but I would like to have saw more female staff working the jacuzzi area for the guests.

I love everything about it was the most perfect and relaxing experience. I like that it was quiet and staff was super nice. We had butlers Keen and Andre and they were the absolute best. Food was really tasty and the steakhouse was my favorite restaurant. Rooms were beautiful and the platinum is definitely worth it. Best resort in Jamaica!

Staff was great. Property great. Beach waters wasn’t clear and blue. Man made beach so very murky n dirty. You will get stung by a jelly fish this season because we sure did and that ruined the experience of the beach. The restaurants were nice but the food was not. All the kitchens are connected so they basically share food items and switch menu language. Im a chef so I pay attention. I only enjoyed the steak restaurant. The food truck on the other side was the best think there. We had one of the best suites and the room was amazing. The pool area and activities were great but the foam party uses detergent dish soap which wasn’t pleasant at all. Trust me I know the difference from many other foam parties I’ve been too.

While I am a VIP member I was never offered a free room upgrade even though the resort was at very low capacity. They were doing construction which was loud and I should not have had to witness. When I checked in I was asked about allergies in which I gave them. When I ordered room service I received the allergen. Now while the manager did try and compensate for the mistake it is unacceptable. We had 2 butlers but Michael-Lee stole the show being very attentive and knowledgeable. The spa treatments are overpriced. Even though it was low occupancy we found ourselves waiting an hour for food. Our first day at the breakfast buffet we were harrassed by at least 50 flies in an indoor restaurant. Im not joking, it was unbearable and unsanitary. We were seated away from other guest and someone came and asked if we say ourselves saying that this section was closed. I told him we were sat. Him seemingly not believing us continued to harass us. I asked if he wanted us to move and he said no. In an separate restaurant while celebrating my birthday dinner I asked the server if he would take a picture and he asked if he was getting tipped. The shower is located right underneath the smoke detector which went off every time you stepped out of the shower. This sent security to our room multiple times a day.

Wonderful Stay

Stayed at the property for my mother’s birthday. Property is beautiful and quiet. I dont think all of the rooms are finished and available yet. The food was surprisingly tasty and easy to navigate all the restaurants on the family and adults only side. I personally enjoyed the food truck jerk chicken and beef patties as well as the strawberry daiquiris. There was a big storm and we lost power in our room, maintenance was there within the hour to fix it.

Fantastic views fantastic food workers are happy to work there gray infinity pools all the pools here are infinity pools and the views are insane. I would definitely give this resort a 10 out of 10. I went here for seven days and it was really good. I did the platinum roomand I had butler service. The only thing that I would say about this resort, and I wouldn’t say that this is every Butler, but our butlers that we had which was due the book your reservations get your cabana sometimes so they’re all right, but the only thing I would say is that they don’t work on your time, so if you told your butler to pick you up at the lobby and he said he was there and you respond saying you’re in the elevator three minutes away by the time you get to the lobby he’s gone and won’t respond for the next 30 minutes ETC. So that’s the only thing that I would say that’s negative about the resort but everything else about it is 100% out of 10.
