An answer to our prayers!

Luckily we were able get to grab a room here last minute after having to cancel a previous reservation at another facility due to uncleanliness & unsanitary conditions. This LaQuinta location at Triad Center was an answer to our prayers! Clean rooms, crispy cold AC, and conveniences like continental breakfast, indoor pool & gym made our stay comfortable and convenient. Easy parking, friendly staff, pet friendly and clean. We look forward to coming back to this location in the future! 10/10

I was left dirty and so was hotel room!

No hot water upon arrival, no hot water for early morning meeting and no alternative. I couldn't take a shower. Housekeeping did not make beds or freshen up room for 3 night stay. Large bags of full garbage left in hallway overnight. Although the staff was kind and friendly at this location, the Wyndham policies (not cleaning room, not providing alternative for showering and no compensation for the absence of these services) left me with an uncomfortable stay.

The staff at this location need to really follow the customer request for the accommodations they pay for and especially when we paid for the insurance protection. We follow through with our end of the agreement (Expedia booking) However; long and behold we didn’t get what we paid for and all they told us was that we had to deal with Expedia. We paid for the 330 sq ft suite but as you can see the last three pictures we were given a regular king size room. This location we’re not meeting our expectations And we did not want to make our stay any worse than we were already experiencing. The rooms could be much cleaner, the first room they assigned was not even clean or made up. (412) then we ended up in room 414 that rug needs to be shampooed, oh, we didn’t know that they allowed pets and there was a very foul odor that was very uncomfortable.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It was just as good as the first time. The room was very nice. The facilities are well kept and nice. Their breakfast is good. It is a great location. The only complaint I have is the shower door wouldn't stay closed. Probably just needs to be adjusted. Highly recommend this hotel.

My room had bed bugs. I was bitten over 17 times, not to mention that me and my family was staying there and they gave someone else access to their room. A stranger walked in while they were napping. I incurred medical bills due to an allergic reaction to the bed bugs bites and they have yet to resolve this. This happened on 9/13/2024 room 208.

Pros, it’s in a convenient location, the front desk staff were really nice, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Cons, the desk chair was dirty with stains, the one wall had something gross & sticky spilled on it, there were lots of used eye contacts thrown on the floor by the head board, the area around the bed was dirty, and the shower head water pressure was weak. I would not stay at this location in the future.

Property was well kept. Staff at front desk were very competent. I was in line and the woman sticking the food shelves saw me in line and immediately came to get me checked in. Very pleased with this stay on our trip.
