Excellent accommodations

We were visiting friends in the area, so we were in and out a lot.There was never an issue with our coming and going. The hosts were so very friendly and informative about places to eat and things to do. Expectations about checkout were very clear. If we happened to run into Brent and Susan they checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable

Brent is a kind, wonderful host with great knowledge of the area and an accommodating demeanor. He keeps the place spotless and has a cool car hobby that he might be willing to share with you. Nice little amenities throughout the apartment and a great air conditioner (we came in August). Highly recommend!

This is a very modern and exceptionally clean studio apartment. My host was very nice and accommodating. I enjoyed the private and safe environment provided by the host. Great location. Not far from shopping and restaurants in town, but secluded in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Although we didn't need our host for anything during our stay, he was easily accessible if we would have needed anything. Very friendly and helpful about the local area as well. Would definitely recommend this rental for anyone needing accommodations in the area!

Cousin's 60th birthday celebration

This is a beautiful, quiet small community. The studio apartment is beautifully furnished with everything a couple needs! My wife and I enjoyed having our coffee outside on the veranda every morning! So peaceful!! We will be back. Mike and Pat Nashville, Tn.

I really loved staying in this house! The house was very clean and had everything I needed. I love the interior of the house and there was a cute porch with a table that I sometimes had dinner. The area was quiet and very private. Hosts were very welcoming and kind.

A Wonderful Experience

This is a meticulous property located in a serene, secluded setting. Boasts beautiful tree and woodland views. Lots of windows fill the space with natural sunlight. Well appointed second floor unit. The best Batesville offers in a rental. All services, including location, cleanliness, and communication with Hosts (Brent and Susan) exceeded my expectations! Brent and Susan are wonderful and treat their guests like old friends. Simply wonderful people and a beautiful property. I highly recommend this property! Thank you Brent and Susan!

A wonderful studio apartments in Fantastic Batesville, Indiana! Property manager escorted us to the spotless apartment and could not have been nicer! Lovely neighborhood! Highly recommend!

great place

This rental was very nice, the owners are on site and show you around. there is a train that comes by at random times but it is quick and not very loud. Only suggestion is to bring your own pillow the pillows on the bed are thin and there are only 2 no extras. we had to use the ones from the couch.

peaceful stay in Batesville

If available, this place is the only place I am ever staying when in the Batesville area. Clean, comfortable, and quiet beyond expectations. It's nice to stay in a place that feels like a home when away from home.
