We loved the property. The staff was amazing. It was comfortable and clean. My only negative but positive is that they have bikes they can use. But they need a little maintenance. The brakes on the bikes were a little wonky and one of the bike chains came off on our ride. It would also be nice if they had helmets. But that was literally the only flaw our whole stay. Can't wait to be back.

Had a great experience at Hotel Hartness! The staff was very pleasant and welcoming along with the cleanliness of the rooms! Also was a very stunning place. The spa was also a great experience. Recommend for a vacation or a weekend getaway! Will definitely look forward to return!

This was a wonderful hotel. Staff were fantastic! My wife and I came in for a night to eat at Hall’s Chop House and we were recommended to try this hotel and it was fantastic. I’m in sales and I loved the level of paying attention to the details. I mentioned we came in for my bday and they had a handwritten card and a dessert with Happy Birthday in my room. VIP level experience. I took a photo and shared with my sales team as an example on how to deliver a great experience!
