Our lake house is the perfect place to get away from the busyness of life and slow down. Sip on coffee in the 3-season room, wade in the shallow sandy beach area, test out the kayaks or stand up paddleboards, catch fish in the lake and adjacent stream or do nothing at all. If you're looking for a place where you can spend hours just relaxing while looking out at the lake or enjoying a fire underneath tall oak trees this is the place for you.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Pinckney State Recreation Area. Laundry facilities and an arcade/games room are available. A kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms are available in the cottage.

Thus is a very lovely cottage on a quiet lake. All the amenities are lovely. The lake view was perfect for sunset views and our little dig loved the backyard. Everything inside was in perfect working order.

Relaxing family get-away

We felt like family staying at the Lake House. This vacation home is beautifully situated on the edge of a small stream and lake. The house is ideally set up for one or two families with lots of kids, but it also worked for four adults attending a graduation in Ann Arbor. It's not a luxury stay but it is a thoughtfully curated opportunity to enjoy this very special place. The kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals, and we also enjoyed watching the sun set behind the lake from the enclosed porch. Highly recommend!
