My wife and I stayed at the Cliff House in Early/Mid February of 2026. This was our 4th trip to Eleuthera in the last 5 or so years. The place was great. The front porch overlooking the water with french doors that opened up the living area to the ocean was breathtaking. There was nothing we needed. We had coffee each morning and cocktails at sunset overlooking the Caribbean side of the island. Many morning we saw dolphins swimming, which came so close you could hear them breath through their blow hole. There were dozens of them. We also saw numerous sea turtles on calm days. We were fortunate because the Caribbean side of the island was calm for most of our trip, while the ocean side was rougher. You cannot describe the color of the water on both sides...amazing. Ships and boats often passed by and waved to say hello. We walked most mornings to Surfer's Beach which is about a mile walk that does not require any walking along Queen's Highway (main road through the island). The road to the house is a bit steep and rough, but we rented an SUV and had no issue. Such a relaxing time.

Perfect location, love the conveniences

This property is located in one of the most beautiful, calm locations on Eleuthera, a short drive to many of the island’s attractions. We appreciated the clean, modern look, updated appliances, access to a washer and dryer, and covered patio with nice high-top patio table and chairs. There are a few updates that would have made this a 5-star review for us: repair/replace the 2 broken loungers (we were fine with 2, but the other 2 broken ones were just laying there), replace the outdoor shower head (the current one is corroded and only sprays in sprinkles everywhere except where you want it to), and trim back some of the foliage around the covered porch and deck spaces so you can really see that gorgeous view of the bight of Eleuthera.The views and property really are stunning, and the privacy and seclusion makes this house a great choice for us.

We had an amazing time! The house is quiet and private. Beautiful views and sunsets. We traveled as a family of 4, 2 boys (10,14) they loved jumping in the ocean every day. We made the quick drive across the highway to surfers beach each day which was beautiful and private, usually the only ones there. The home had everything we needed to make meals. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the home and would definitely book again.

We definitely plan on staying here again. The road to get down is a little difficult so make sure you have four wheel drive or don't mind walking a little bit. Well worth it. We saw dolphins right from the porch.

Fabulous Trip

My husband and I stayed at Palm Bluff for a long weekend in February 2025. The house was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we could have needed. I can’t say enough about the views. The porch and sun deck were perfect spots for breakfast or watching the sun set over the water. We enjoyed having the calmer Caribbean at Palm Bluff but then having Surfers Beach, a beautiful and dramatic Atlantic beach, within walking distance. The house was a great base from which to explore Gregory Town and other parts of Eleuthera. The app for Palm Bluff provided lots of helpful information about both the house and the island that we appreciated having before the trip. It also made the arrival and departure process a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Place

We stayed here for five nights, the view was amazing, great snorkeling by the steps. Had a question connecting to WIFI, messaged the staff and was able to get it resolve within minutes. The bed was comfy and clean. Kitchen is equipped with enough pots and plates and utensil. Wish there were more shower towels for 5 nights but the two of us did fine, if there were 4 people then maybe you will have to ask for more. Some tiny flies in the house but I think that's just part of being on a island. We tried to use the laundry but there were no detergent. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and can't wait to be back!

Perfect quiet getaway

The house was extremely clean and comfortable with beautiful views and a great snorkeling spot. We would have been happy not leaving the house the entire time! Our favorite excursions were a beautiful walk to surfers beach, a quick drive to the Cliffs, the glass window bridge, Sapphire Hole, and a festival in Hatchet Bay where locals were warm and welcoming. We are already planning when we can return. Thank you!

Much needed rest

Our stay could not have been any better. The house was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the AC kept the bedrooms cool at night. The pictures in the listing just don’t do justice to the view from the porch. An SUV is nice to have for the driveway but we never needed 4 wheel drive. Our family of four had plenty of room. Can’t wait to stay here again soon!

House with a view

The views and breeze were wonderful. The bed and linens very comfortable. The information packet provided made it easy to get around. 4WD for the drive and other roads is a must. We felt home away from home with the pups and would love to try to get them back with us. The house could use a few updates but was a very comfortable house. It was also in a great central location to go north or south. We would definitely stay again at Palm Bluff!

Stunning View Near Gregory Town!

My husband and I visited this home for our third stay in Eleuthera and it was our best experience yet! Home was a perfect fit for us with comfortable mattresses, stocked kitchen to cook, nice shower with privacy on the porch all day long! We enjoyed snorkeling off the house and plenty of outings of places to see in the North and mid part of the country. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is very much as pictured. Very clean and amazing views. The indoor shower head was a little tricky to ensure water didn’t get on the bathroom floor which we didn’t want to damage. The kitchen was well stocked to cook or not. Also, the house had items to go to the beach including snorkel equipment, cooler and chairs.

Paradise Found at Palm Bluff

The property was clean and well stocked with all supplies listed in the description. The view was mesmerizing and mafe us feel relaxed and content. The last part of the road to the house is bumpy, but we knew that ahead of time, and rented a vehicle with high clearance. Property is perfect for 2 people.

Beautiful view

The house was as described and the view was stunning. The house is secluded which was very nice and quiet. The only comment is that this house is not for anyone that is any type of mobility issues as it is a climb uphill and several steps. Highly recommend!

Charming cottage on the cliff!

Beautiful cottage, perched on the cliff just outside of Gregorytown- amazing views, and sunset and steps down to the beautiful blue Caribbean waters, for swimming and jumping (my teens did a lot of it)! Immaculately, clean, easy, check in process, wonderful follow up from Caretaker. We had zero complaints, but I am sure if we had a single one it would’ve been quickly remedied. We will most certainly be back to this secluded oasis on Eleuthera!

Loved the view! Pretty spectacular and very private. We enjoyed it! Would have liked more shower towels .. sounds like a small detail but 4ppl staying in this home and 4 small shower towels. Minor detail but why not have more? Bring your own clothes washing detergent, sugar, etc. Thanks for letting us stay, we enjoyed our time. Cheers

Absolutely beautiful!

Amazing property with the best view for the price. Don't waste your time with other beaches and go to Gaulding Cay Beach. Also, definitely rent a good SUV. The road to the house is not for the feint of heart. There are plenty to look for on Google. Really appreciated the rental app they send you. Best souvenir shop is in Gregory town.

Heaven on earth

This place is a gem. No matter which direction you look there is a breathtaking view. This place is super secluded and with no one in sight. The access to the ocean is so fun and we saw so many fish, stingray and sharks and had a blast jumping off. Sunset was our favorite hour and I haven’t seen a night sky as beautiful as I did here. The house itself is so cute and has everything you need. Just make sure you have a car that can handle the dirt road and you’re set. You will not regret booking this, it’s the best place over even been to.
