The modern 40m² holiday apartment is at the heart of the Greifswald town centre in the pedestrian zone in a private residential and commercial building. The apartment invites you to visit at any time of year.
The apartment is on the second floor and was renovated in 2011 and 2014. It has a modern built-in kitchen with a big, sunny dining space, a bathroom with a window, shower, WC and washing machine, along with a living room with a modern sofa (160 x 200cm) that two guests can sleep on comfortably, two armchairs with footrests and a flatscreen TV and radio. You can enjoy the view of the “dicke Marie” from the window. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), a wardrobe and a window. If you arrive by car you can find a large and well-priced car park just 400 metres from the apartment.
The apartment is very close to the historical market square, the Pommersche Landesmuseum, the Greifswald churches and all the other places of interest in the university and Hanseatic town, along with a range of gastronomy and shops.
