Available staff needed to clean rooms. We arrived after 4 pm the normal check-in. Found Katrina checking folks in and running interference for the cleaning staff. People were having to wait up to two hours. Most were in town for a concert and needed to get into their rooms to freshen up. Although things were out of her control she was asking folk to go and come back while some of us stayed. She had phones ringing people coming in and had to sometimes break away to go upstairs to help the cleaning crew which included the hotel.manager. People weren't happy. It was kind of tense. It turned out not as big a problem for us because our engagement was scheduled for the next day. We still did not like the idea of having to wait.

Room was clean on check in but not cleaned at all during 3 night stay. No removal of trash, no fresh towels, no making of bed…etc.

The room was not a king room as paid for and promised and then the lights went out (power was still on in hotel but all lighting in room failed). The front desk had no solution. I talked to them in person and tried to get ready for work in total darkness.

The sheets looked kind of suspicious but they switched my room with ease and checked to make sure it was spotless! Very courteous and accommodated my late checkout as I got off shift very late.
