I keep making reservations and never check in. The problem I have with quality inn is, they keep completing my stay. Which means they keep charging my card. I purchase insurance but how can I make a claim if quality keeps completing my stay. Ihavechecked in once. The one time I did check
The room was very nice and clean. It was handicapped accessible, which we didn't need or request. Glenda at breakfast was very friendly, and fixed a problem with the waffle maker for me.
Friendly staff and helpfull , we spend one night here and the room we were giving was literaly falling appart door to toilet was falling off,sink broken,dirty linned,sticky floor and towels look liked they allready had been used one time.
The shower was not clean dirty rags where left hanging on the shower rack and it was hair in the tub. When I went to tell the staff the woman at the desk asked told well thereâs nothing I can do for you.
I needed 1 bottle of water but was told they could not give to me. The water $1 but it was 5am and I did not have my wallet on me. The clerk would not give anything unless I had cash. Also the room had a smell, the towels and wash clothes were stained from previous use and the bathroom was run down
