We set up this apartment very fresh in autumn 2017. The approximately 76 sqm bright 2-room apartment on the ground floor is spacious. It is modernly furnished, fully equipped and lovingly decorated. Located on the grounds of the golf residence, it offers both tranquility and a beautiful view of nature as well as being close to the beach and the center. The apartment has both a northwest and a southeast terrace (with a beach chair). The complex has a pool and a sauna.
Grömitz is a vacation paradise for athletes, nature lovers and beach vacationers. The kilometer-long sandy beach offers relaxation for bathers, families and walkers. Not only water sports enthusiasts get their money's worth on the southern beach - here is also a popular meeting place for beach volleyball players. In the immediate vicinity of the beautiful marina, people dig and surf. In the hinterland, endless landscapes and beautiful lakes invite you to bike tours.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2015 and equipped with attention to detail as a holiday apartment in autumn 2017. Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. In the spacious bedroom, the morning sun shines through a large window on the 160x200cm bed. The living room has a dining area near the kitchen and a comfortable couch. This can be used as a sleeping facility for 2 people. When unfolded, the couch offers a comfortable lying area of 140x200cm. The high-quality fitted kitchen has modern appliances and is very well equipped. All windows are equipped with remote-controlled shutters, pleated blinds and mosquito screens.
Unfortunately, so that allergy sufferers can also enjoy carefree vacation days, we must exclude pets.

Schön ruhig, zumindest im Winter

Die schöne Wohnung befindet sich in einem gepflegten Gebäude, in dem sich einige Fewos befinden. Da die Whg.am Ende des Ganges (Eckwohnung) liegt, hat sie nicht nur 2 Terrassen, sondern auch nur einen direkten Nachbarn neben (Sichtschutz) und darüber. Wir hatten es sehr ruhig, Anfang Februar ist nicht viel los in der Anlage.Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben, die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man so braucht. Der Pool war angenehm beheizt, allerdings nicht der Vorraum, die Duschen blieben fast kalt, das war nicht so schön. Alles in allem hatten wir einen erholsamen Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung. Im Sommer wird es trubeliger sein,es gibt auch noch ein Nebengebäude,d.h. wenn alles belegt ist, muss man natürlich mit nachbarschaftlichen Geräuschen rechnen, kann aber auf zwei Terrassen ausweichen. Ansonsten braucht man einen PKW, ins Zentrum oder gar zum Strand (parken?) ist es sehr weit.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Schwimmbad

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Besonders klasse bei schlechtem Wetter ist der Pool, den man jederzeit nutzen kann. Schade ist nur, dass man in der Annonce nicht sieht, dass man Bettwäsche und (Geschirr-)Handtücher selbst mitbringen muss. Auch der check-in hat leider nicht gut geklappt, da die Fewo-Verwaltung nicht über unsere Anreise informiert wurde. gibt es für

Ruhige Lage, abseits vom Trubel

Das Zimmer liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, abseits vom Trubel. Aber 10 min zu Fuss ist man am Strand und mittendrin. Zimmer war super. Check in unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung war gut. Das versprochene Bad umd die Sauna konnten wir nicht nutzen. Deswegen für den Preis negative Bewertung..Der Eigentümer hat sich sofort gemeldet und gekümmert. Grill war nicht da. Na ja.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt total ruhig am Ende einer Straße . Die zwei Terrassen sind toll , besonders die zum Wald hin . Eine wunderbare Ruhe . Auch super ist der eigene Pool . Wir sind rundum zufrieden 👍

Super ausgestattete großzügige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt um sich zu erholen. Bis zum Strand sind es etwa 20 Gehminuten und der nächste Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Schwimmbad ist super. Alles sauber und schnell erreichbar ohne das Haus verlassen zu müssen. TOP … gerne wieder..

Hallo, wir können nur sagen, das es mal wieder wunderschön an der Ostsee war, trotz viel Regen und Sturm und es war sehr kalt, aber jammern hilft nichts, wir haben das Beste daraus machen. Es gibt rundum viel zu sehen und es wurde auch viel geboten. Die Ferienwohnung war vom feinsten, man hatte alles was man brauchte. Wir kommen gern wieder und geben auch gern diese Adresse weiter :)

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz

Wir haben unseren Winterurlaub hier verbracht und es war sehr schön. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und man kann sich gut entspannen. Auch unsere Kinder waren zufrieden, an Schlechtwettertagen war in der Wohnung viel Platz zum spielen. Einzig die Sauna in der Anlage ist etwas entäuschend, da sie relativ lange zum Aufheizen benötigt und entsprechend viel Geld eingeworfen werden muss. Nichts desto trotz ein schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.
