Stay 19 is a bright and modern house with a private terrace at the back of the house. It has a private entrance and exit at the back as well. A nice living area with big sofa and design furniture. At the back a dining area with table and 6 seats.
It has fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, combi oven, nespresso and traditional coffeemaker, fridge with freezer. Tablets and cups are included. There is TV with a Netflix account included. The hallway has a toilet and with the “typical Dutch’ stairs you will reach the first floor. On first floor there is the bathroom with shower and toilet as well.
Beds
There are two bedrooms with 2 double beds which as well can be prepared as 4 single beds. A baby travel cot is an option as well.

The apartment is situated at the Center of Groningen, nearby Martini Tower, Grote Markt, espcially nearby UMCG and Schuitendiep (Pannenkoekenschip).
